Lead Docker’s Secure Build and SCS Services engineering teams, setting portfolio priorities and guiding delivery, technical direction, team growth, and production operations for secure build and software supply-chain products.
What you'll do
- Own delivery, team health, growth, performance, and operational excellence across both teams; balance roadmaps, capacity, reliability work, and operational load.
- Partner with Product and cross-functional groups to shape strategy and priorities for secure build, Docker Scout, and Docker Hardened Images.
- Guide technical direction and cross-team interfaces; participate in design reviews and incident response, and lead disciplined use of AI-assisted engineering.
