Own Docker Sandboxes’ strategy and roadmap, guiding product development, adoption, and operation of secure, isolated environments for developers and AI agents.
What you'll do
- Own the product vision, roadmap, revenue, adoption, and results for Docker Sandboxes.
- Work with developers and customers to identify needs and shape solutions for secure, isolated code execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize, deliver, measure, and improve product initiatives.

- Strong technical familiarity with sandboxes/microVMs, containers, virtualization technologies, and hypervisors.
- Understanding of modern developer infrastructure, including Linux, container runtimes, orchestration, networking, storage, APIs, and cloud services.
- Experience designing, building, or operating systems that execute customer-provided, untrusted, or agent-generated code at scale.
Nice to have

Pay
CA$255,500 - CA$365,000 CAD base salary; $280,000 – $300,000 USD base salary
