About the job
Own and improve the infrastructure, deployment safety, and observability of Docker’s Billing Platform services, including systems that support reliable billing and payments.
What you'll do
- Evolve billing infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, CI/CD, and observability; maintain Terraform on AWS.
- Build monitoring, deployment patterns, and runbooks that improve billing accuracy, payment reliability, safe rollbacks, and AI-agent-assisted operations.
- Partner with engineers on service design, drive systemic improvements, mentor teammates, and participate in incident response and on-call.
