Leads clinical pathways, care delivery operations, new care offerings, and quality and safety programs for Doctronic’s AI-native virtual medical practice.
What you'll do
- Own and iterate clinical guidelines, pathways, escalation criteria, and their implementation in workflows.
- Improve AI-native care delivery and partner with Product and Engineering to design and launch clinical programs.
- Lead quality and patient safety initiatives, including event reviews, audits, metrics, and provider performance review.
