What you'll do
- Own enterprise launches, timelines, scope, technical SLAs, and delivery commitments.
- Build and lead delivery pods, launch playbooks, and partner handoffs; serve as the partner escalation path.
- Improve reuse of partner requirements and coordinate bespoke-versus-platform decisions with product.
