About the job
Own and improve Domino’s Tempest scale and reliability platform, using load testing and observability data to diagnose infrastructure issues and drive durable fixes.
What you'll do
- Maintain Tempest and improve its reliability, extensibility, and alignment with infrastructure needs.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks and resource misconfigurations, and partner with platform and infrastructure teams to resolve them.
- Improve observability, deliver empirically based sizing guidance, and expand scale testing across cloud platforms.

- Strong proficiency in Python and comfort working in a large, modular codebase.
- Experience with observability stacks, including writing queries, building dashboards, and using metrics to diagnose system issues.
