What you'll do
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into curricula, learning paths, and resources.
- Build and manage programs in the LMS, applying instructional design and adult learning practices.
- Manage programs from needs assessment through launch and continuous improvement, tracking engagement and effectiveness.
