About the job
Manage customer ERP implementations end to end and build product capabilities for DOSS’s upper-mid-market and enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Map customer workflows and translate them into product designs and DOSS platform configurations.
- Coordinate integrations, data migrations, UAT, training, and go-live support.
- Build product capabilities and improve customer lifecycle processes, including through automation and AI.
