Leads a team delivering Doss implementations for complex enterprise clients, from workflow discovery and product configuration through integrations, UAT, and go-live.
What you'll do
- Manage and coach Forward Deployed Product Managers while remaining hands-on across implementation delivery.
- Own client outcomes and relationships, including process discovery, product design, configuration, integrations, data migrations, training, and go-live.
- Improve team practices and contribute to product capabilities, automation, and AI-forward customer lifecycle processes.
