Leads a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers while personally managing complex client implementations and relationships across discovery, product design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach FDPMs, setting delivery standards and supporting individual development.
- Own complex client portfolios and guide implementations through discovery, design, integrations, UAT, training, and go-live.
- Improve product and customer lifecycle processes, including contributing to new capabilities and automation.
