About the job
Designs and builds Dotwork’s production AI agent and skill infrastructure, enabling agents to reason over governed enterprise data and act within human-approved boundaries.
What you'll do
- Architect agent runtime, context retrieval, tool access, orchestration, memory, and approval points.
- Build reusable skills and agent interfaces, and establish evaluation, observability, and safety guardrails.
- Partner with customers and engineering teams to prototype and productionize solutions over large enterprise datasets.
