Onboard and support bookkeeping and accounting firms using Double, helping them set up the product, realize value, and continue meeting their goals.
What you'll do
- Conduct onboarding and training, complete technical implementation and account setup, and coordinate with Account Executives on potential subscription risks.
- Support accounts after onboarding by promoting renewals, proactively checking progress, and responding to support inquiries.
- Create customer education materials and share customer feedback and product improvement opportunities with the team.
