Supports commercial customers’ technical health and adoption of Drata while creating digital learning resources and workshops that scale customer enablement.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of commercial customers, monitor health and adoption signals, and provide targeted technical guidance.
- Create and maintain Drata Academy content, help articles, walkthrough videos, and technical workshops.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Customer Education teams; document issues and share customer trends.
