Senior Applied AI Engineer 2

What you'll do

• Design and evaluate retrieval, reasoning, and ranking approaches across RAG, agents, and machine learning.
• Build evaluation frameworks, run experiments, and diagnose AI system failure modes.
• Collaborate with AI and Software Engineers to transfer validated approaches into production.

• 6+ years in applied research, data science, or ML focused on NLP, information retrieval, or knowledge systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building or contributing to production AI/ML systems.
• Strong information retrieval foundation and experience with RAG systems.
