Senior Product Engineer 2, Evidence

What you'll do

• Build and ship AI-powered product features across React/TypeScript interfaces and Node.js/Python backends, including streaming and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Turn LLM, RAG, and agent capabilities into user experiences; create feedback loops and monitor feature quality and usage.
• Establish reusable AI product patterns, collaborate across product and engineering, and mentor engineers.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of software engineering experience shipping full-stack production features; 2+ years working on AI-powered product features.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, with experience building responsive interfaces for asynchronous, streaming, and real-time data.
• Solid Python and Node.js and Typescript skills; experience designing and consuming APIs that integrate with LLM providers, orchestration frameworks, or AI services.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and practical understanding of prompt engineering, context management, RAG, Quality/Evals, and structured outputs.

Nice to have

• Experience in compliance, security, GRC, or other document-heavy enterprise domains.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-use interfaces for AI agents.

Pay

$157,500 - $252,000 (base salary)
