What they ask for

  • Strong quantitative or financial-domain background, such as pricing, market microstructure, order matching, or trading systems.
  • Experience building and maintaining low-latency, high-throughput production systems, with deep JVM-language knowledge of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with determinism and reproducibility, financial numerical precision, tabular quantitative analysis, and scenario-based testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; experience with distributed systems concepts.

Nice to have

  • Experience with regulated trading venues, market data, FIX or other trading protocols, or capital-markets regulation.
