A Floor Trader trainee develops trading judgment on the Cboe floor and DRW trading desk, analyzes markets, and helps build tools for trading decisions and risk management.
What you'll do
- Analyze order flow, trading activity, and broker behavior to identify patterns and opportunities.
- Develop and improve trading tools, models, algorithms, and systems; partner with traders and engineers on requirements.
- Monitor and communicate market activity, research opportunities, and gradually take on trading decisions and risk.
