What you'll do
- Lead the mobile team, establish an AI-native development process, and mentor engineers.
- Drive a thin-client participant experience and set direction for the participant API and platform; contribute Python backend capabilities as needed.
- Improve team processes, delivery and operations, and contribute to security and compliance efforts.
