Principal Solutions Consultant

What you'll do

• Lead prospect discovery and workflow-specific product demonstrations; build proof-of-concepts and demo environments.
• Address technical objections involving integrations, data migration, security, and reporting, and share customer insights with Product and Engineering.
• Create standardized demo assets, playbooks, and technical collateral to train future hires.

What they ask for

• Exceptional accounting foundation, with experience in audit/public accounting and/or in-house finance at a tech or high-growth company.
• End-to-end understanding of accounting operations and depth in multiple complex accounting areas.
• Experience with CFO systems and mapping workflows across tools; comfort discussing integrations, APIs, data imports/migrations, security, and architecture trade-offs.
• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or an adjacent customer-facing role.

Nice to have

• CPA.
• Experience with named ERP migrations, SQL/data/ETL, API integrations or middleware, or leadership/mentorship of Solutions or Implementation teams.

Pay

$50,000 - $70,000 (equity); $180,000 - $235,000 (base salary); $30,000 - $60,000 (commission); $210K - $295K (OTE)
