What you'll do
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and maintain pipelines for current and future roles.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels; test sourcing methods, messaging, and targeting.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate profiles, and use AI-enabled workflows to improve sourcing.
