What you'll do
- Support public-company securities reporting, governance, disclosure, and compensation matters.
- Advise on corporate transactions and provide legal support for international, employment, real estate, and workplace matters.
- Draft and negotiate agreements, monitor legal developments, and manage outside counsel.
