What you'll do
- Manage employee relations matters and investigations from intake through resolution, advising managers and partnering with Legal and People teams.
- Own leave and accommodation programs, including complex cases, return-to-work support, and external vendor performance.
- Analyze case trends and use findings to improve practices, employee experience, and program effectiveness.

$163,200 — $244,800 USD base salary
