Designs, builds, tests, and delivers automated drilling rigs, owning mechanical hardware from initial concepts through production and field operation.
What you'll do
- Develop mechanical structures and mechanisms, including clean-sheet concepts and manufacturing-ready designs.
- Perform simulations, stress analysis, calculations, and FEA; optimize systems for performance, weight, cost, and manufacturability.
- Coordinate hardware integration and project delivery, visit field operations, and advise vendors.
