What you'll do
- Inspect the property, handle service requests, and perform or schedule preventative maintenance for the building, vehicles, and equipment.
- Coordinate vendors, bids, purchasing, and construction or remodeling projects; monitor work quality and review invoices.
- Maintain grounds, supplies, inventory, security, and compliance with local inspection and fire-safety requirements; respond to building emergencies, including on-call 24/7.
