What you'll do
- Set up and support direct mail and call campaigns, coordinating lists, internal teams, and external brokers while honoring opt-out preferences.
- Create and refine Salesforce reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Clean, validate, and maintain CRM data, resolving inconsistencies and supporting data integrity.
