Maintains, troubleshoots, installs, and repairs commercial HVAC and related facilities systems, while supporting small-scale projects and documenting site conditions and maintenance work.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and related mechanical, electrical, and digital controls.
- Support small-scale facilities projects from concept design through completion, including site visits and technical reports.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests, maintain records, and ensure facilities comply with applicable codes and regulations.
