About the job
Develops and reviews NPDES permits and related technical, regulatory, and public-participation materials for wastewater and stormwater programs.
What you'll do
- Draft and revise permits, fact sheets, public notices, responses to comments, and supporting records.
- Analyze wastewater processes, discharges, pollutants, water quality requirements, and effluent limits.
- Coordinate with regulators, clients, and project teams; review technical work and support program improvements.

- Experience with NPDES implementation or other water-related environmental programs.
- Familiarity with NPDES permitting and wastewater and stormwater regulations.
- Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
