Leads engineering and technical assistance projects that help underserved utilities plan, fund, and deliver sustainable municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Manage staff and provide technical assistance to water and wastewater utilities, including support for funding, infrastructure design, construction, and maintenance.
- Evaluate treatment technologies and proposed infrastructure projects; guide engineering reports and manage sampling, field surveys, analyses, and technical reporting.
- Advise on federal funding programs and lead business development, client relationships, and proposal efforts.
