Leads internal communications for eBay’s Finance, Legal, and Growth organizations, advising executives and aligning employees with company strategy and organizational change.
What you'll do
- Advise the CFO, CLO, and Chief Growth Officer on executive communications, positioning, and high-stakes messaging.
- Develop communication strategies for functional organizations, change initiatives, global events, and employee alignment.
- Lead communications teams and programs, using metrics and sentiment analysis to assess impact and guide strategy.
