Manages assigned SOX compliance activities from planning through reporting and participates in selected operational audits to identify and address control risks and deficiencies.
What you'll do
- Plan and perform SOX walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control design and operating-effectiveness testing; coordinate schedules and documentation.
- Document and communicate control deficiencies, assess root causes, track remediation, and validate corrective actions in coordination with stakeholders and external auditors.
- Participate in operational audits and advisory work, evaluate processes and controls, and maintain audit documentation and tracking systems.
