Leads the strategy, design, governance, and global delivery of eBay’s broad-based compensation programs and compensation partner team.

- Set and execute global compensation strategy, including program design, recognition, communications, and annual and mid-year planning.
- Advise executives and cross-functional partners on compensation decisions, analytics, pay equity, governance, compliance, and job architecture.
- Build and develop a global compensation team and lead compensation-related M&A work and broader Total Rewards initiatives.
