- Define agentic Customer Experience architecture spanning models, orchestration, retrieval, tools, workflows, policy, evaluation, and human support.
- Establish reusable platform patterns and architect reliable, secure integrations with enterprise knowledge, APIs, workflows, and case management.
- Validate architecture through prototypes and design reviews, evaluate emerging technologies, and align technical direction across teams.
