- Shape product priorities and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions.
- Configure, test, deploy, support, and continuously improve Workday Learning tools and related integrations.
- Use reporting, user feedback, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve learning experiences and operations.
