Leads the roadmap and execution of eBay’s multi-channel offer communications portfolio to improve customer conversion and business growth.
What you'll do
- Build and execute the communications roadmap with engineering, data science, and design; manage plans, dependencies, and blockers.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities, design and run A/B tests, and measure results to guide improvements and scaling.
- Create product requirements and collaborate across teams to implement customer experience improvements.
