Build Edra’s recruiting function and source, interview, and hire technical talent in New York and London.
What you'll do
- Source candidates and lead recruiting for engineers and other technical roles in partnership with founders and hiring managers.
- Build recruiting operations, including ATS setup, sourcing and CRM systems, interview loops, and candidate experience.
- Run hiring processes and shape Edra’s talent philosophy, employer brand, and recruiting approach, using AI tools to scale impact.
