About the job
Own and scale Edra’s end-to-end people operations across the US and UK, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and workflow automation.
What you'll do
- Run and reconcile US and UK payroll; administer benefits, equity operations, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Build and automate onboarding, offboarding, people workflows, and internal tooling; maintain accurate employee data in Rippling.
- Manage the operational compliance calendar and respond to employee questions across both countries.
