IT Manager

What you'll do

• Manage employee IT support, onboarding and offboarding, devices, identity and access, office infrastructure, and IT vendors across four sites.
• Develop and operate security controls and incident-response processes; lead CMMC and related compliance readiness, audits, and employee training.
• Govern AI tool access, policies, usage, and spending, while advising leadership on IT strategy and scalable systems.

What they ask for

• 6+ years of progressive IT experience, including as the sole or founding IT owner at a startup.
• Hands-on MDM experience across macOS and Windows fleets; experience with SSO, identity, and automated user lifecycle management including SCIM.
• Experience deploying and managing RADIUS servers; working knowledge of CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, or comparable frameworks; grounding in security operations and multi-site office networking.
• Clear written communication and willingness to travel roughly 25% between offices; requires U.S. person status (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident).

Nice to have

• Defense, aerospace, or hardware company experience handling CUI or export-controlled data; security or compliance certifications.
• Scripting or automation experience, or experience rolling out or governing AI tools in a company.

Pay

$120,000 to $165,000 (base salary); 10% annual bonus (bonus; amount not stated)
