What you'll do
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and procure third-party semiconductor IP, partnering with engineering on technical and commercial assessments.
- Manage logistics and trade operations, including international shipping, customs, import/export documentation, duties, tariffs, and incoterms.
- Build and maintain supply-chain trackers, templates, and procedures; analyze costs, negotiate contracts, and communicate risks.

- 6+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience, including direct semiconductor industry experience.
- Experience sourcing, evaluating, and procuring third-party semiconductor IP, including negotiating license fees, NRE, royalties, scope, and renewals.
- Strong logistics and trade operations experience and working knowledge of semiconductor design, manufacturing, packaging, testing, and shipping.
