About the job
Develop thermal designs for Eight Sleep products from concept through production, owning system thermal performance and supporting manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Analyze, design, and optimize thermal performance, size, noise, and cost across products.
- Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement designs; create and execute prototype validation and production test systems.
- Support manufacturing activities, including travel to China.
What they ask for
- 3+ years of experience in thermal system engineering.
- Expertise in thermal and fluid analysis, heat transfer, thermal instrumentation, DOEs, and root cause analysis.
