Senior Recruiter

What you'll do

• Personally source, map, engage, and recruit research and engineering candidates across robotics, ML/RL, computer vision, simulation, and software.
• Partner with leadership on candidate conversations, interview strategy, offers, and closing; improve recruiting workflows and systems.
• Support People initiatives including headcount planning, compensation, performance management, manager development, and expansion strategy.

What they ask for

• Significant experience recruiting highly technical talent, including in robotics, embodied AI, physical AI, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success personally sourcing hard-to-find engineering and research candidates, including through channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Technical fluency to engage credibly with researchers and engineers, plus strong candidate-facing communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or similarly high-ownership environment; experience or demonstrated interest in broader People topics.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting through communities and conferences such as CoRL, ICRA, IROS, OpenReview, or arXiv.
• Experience with compensation, organizational planning, performance management, or supporting rapid growth or expansion into new markets.
