What you'll do
- Set engineering strategy and lead improvements to Elasticsearch’s distributed architecture, performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead and develop an organization of approximately 40 engineers and managers, including organizational planning, hiring, and performance management.
- Partner across engineering and product teams, guide complex initiatives, and communicate strategy and progress to senior executives.
