Principal Product Manager, Security Pricing and Packaging (Serverless) - Security Solutions

What you'll do

• Design Security tiers, feature entitlements, usage meters, bundles, and add-ons; test options and recommend a pricing model to executives.
• Model costs and margins with Finance and the Platform team, and define pricing requirements for new capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of pricing decisions, improve customer cost estimators, and support Serverless growth and retention.

What they ask for

• End-to-end SaaS or cloud product pricing and packaging experience, including customer testing, margin modeling, and executive approval; experience with usage-based or consumption pricing and simplifying complex models is required.
• Comfort with COGS, gross margin, and ARR modeling, including building forecasts with Finance.
• Understanding of multi-tenant cloud services and how architecture choices affect cost.
• Able to present pricing to CISO and procurement audiences, support deals as a product expert, and write actionable PRDs, pricing proposals, and executive summaries.

Nice to have

• Product experience in SIEM, XDR, endpoint, cloud security, or a security operations platform; security practitioner background is also a plus.
• Experience at a security vendor, cloud data platform, or company moving customers from licensed to consumption pricing.

Pay

$189,800 — $230,200 USD base salary; $211,900 — $274,500 USD base salary
