About the job
Define and lead the evolution of Elasticsearch’s core search infrastructure, including indexing, retrieval, query execution, and relevance.
What you'll do
- Set technical vision and roadmap for search and indexing capabilities, working across teams.
- Research and apply advances in search infrastructure, data structures, and retrieval algorithms.
- Contribute to Elasticsearch and Lucene while mentoring engineers and leading technical projects.

Pay
$154,000 — $243,600 CAD (base salary)
