Defines technical direction and builds Elasticsearch’s core search infrastructure, including indexing, retrieval, query execution, and relevance capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead and contribute to the evolution of core search and indexing capabilities, researching search infrastructure, data structures, and retrieval algorithms.
- Shape the long-term technical vision and roadmap with partner and product teams, collaborating across teams and organizations.
- Serve as an expert in Elasticsearch domains and mentor engineers, guiding technical projects from design through completion.

326.400 Lei – 516.400 Lei RON (base salary)
