Regional Vice President - AI Natives

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and Strategic Alliance Managers; oversee account coverage, incentives, pipeline generation, and customer segmentation.
• Set and execute direct-sales and sell-with go-to-market strategies, achieving revenue and co-sell targets through structured forecasting and deal execution.
• Build executive-level customer and partner relationships and collaborate across teams to inform Elastic’s AI roadmap and deliver joint proofs of concept and co-marketing.

What they ask for

• Proven leadership of high-performing software sales teams with documented quota overachievement in high-growth or strategic alliance environments.
• Deep understanding of vector databases, hybrid search infrastructure, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and generative AI platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building strategic co-sell or sell-with partnerships with major cloud, AI, or SaaS ecosystem leaders.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making and expertise applying structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC to complex sales cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience selling to or partnering closely with leading AI foundation model companies.
• Familiarity with open-source software, developer-centric infrastructure GTM strategies, and product-led growth (PLG).

Pay

$170,000 — $268,800 USD base salary; $113,200 — $179,100 USD target variable; $283,200 — $447,900 USD total pay (OTE)
