What you'll do
- Lead and develop Strategic Account Executives; recruit, coach, retain, and raise sales team performance.
- Own regional revenue, pipeline, account growth, retention, forecasting, and sales operating discipline.
- Engage senior customer executives and lead strategic accounts, complex opportunities, and cross-functional partnerships.

Pay
$170,000 — $268,800 USD base salary; $113,200 — $179,100 USD target variable; $283,200 — $447,900 USD total pay (On-Target Earnings)
