About the job
Build and improve user interfaces for Elastic’s Fleet and Streams products, connecting front-end features with back-end services and helping guide technical design and delivery.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and improve UI components; integrate them with back-end services and use usability testing and feedback to guide improvements.
- Own complex projects end-to-end and lead architecture and system-design discussions, considering compatibility, performance, and scale.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and a distributed engineering team; promote coding standards, reusable components, testing, and code quality.

- Production experience with full-stack JavaScript, preferably TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Track record of leading substantial projects end-to-end with design ownership and minimal guidance.
- Proficient architecture and system-design judgment, including in large existing codebases.
