Leads Elastic’s Mid-Market sales team to grow new and existing business through a repeatable, scalable go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do
- Lead account executives to exceed bookings targets and sales quotas, including through Elastic’s sales methodology.
- Own sales planning, compensation structures, customer segmentation, and scalable sales processes.
- Build relationships across leadership, partners, and the Open Source community; travel regularly to support deal creation, closure, and the team.
