Serves as the technical strategist and advisor for Federal Civilian customers, designing Elastic-based solutions and leading technical engagements throughout the sales lifecycle.

- Lead customer discovery, technical strategy, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical evaluations.
- Design solutions for federal search, observability, and security needs; collaborate with system integrators and partners on account plans and proposals.
- Advocate for federal requirements with Elastic product and engineering teams and represent Elastic at regional public-sector events.

$107,500 — $170,100 USD base salary; $46,000 — $72,800 USD target variable; $153,500 — $242,900 USD On-Target Earnings (OTE)
