Serves as the IT-business liaison for Services and Education, designing and improving Salesforce and Certinia PSA processes, systems, and integrations.
What you'll do
- Gather and translate business needs into requirements; design features, document solutions, and support end-user testing.
- Optimize and maintain PSA workflows, configurations, data flows, and integrations, including scalable automation.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements, validate quality, and communicate current- and future-state processes.

$94,300 — $149,200 USD (base salary); $113,300 — $179,200 USD (base salary)
